The Datacard® SP25 Plus card printer delivers high-quality rewritable cards for healthcare, education, transportation, retail and many other applications. This unique printer gives card issuers an affordable way to change the information on existing photo IDs and cards instantly, without the time and cost of reissuance.

• Outstanding color card printing. The SP25 Plus card printer makes it easy to produce attractive cards with high-quality, full-color or single-color photos, graphics and text. Advanced Imaging Technology™ helps ensure bold, vivid color, precise bar code printing and sharp fine-line details.
• Remarkable rewritable technology. The SP25 Plus card printer delivers singlecolor photos and text on rewritable cards with excellent image quality. Rewritable cards feature a clear, heat-sensitive layer that can be erased and rewritten over 500 times. They offer an affordable way to update cards with frequently changing data or create reusable cards, such as temporary visitor IDs, because rewritable cards eliminate the supply costs of reissuance.
• Simple operation and maintenance. To help ensure exceptional ease of use, the SP25 Plus card printer features quick-change supplies and easy manual card feeding in a compact design. Everything you need to get started comes in a color supply kit, including a color ribbon, blank cards and cleaning supplies.
• Innovative printing technology. The SP25 Plus card printer is engineered with innovative rewritable card technology. It prints 300 dpi monochrome text and photos on rewritable card stock, which features a clear, heat-sensitive layer that can be erased and rewritten more than 500 times. Users feed rewritable cards manually and the SP25 Plus printer fully erases and rewrites each one in just over 10 seconds.
• Rewritable and reusable cards. Card issuers can use the SP25 Plus card printer to create both rewritable and reusable cards. Rewritable cards are updated frequently with dynamic information that is pertinent to the cardholder, such as loyalty points. Reusable cards are issued to new cardholders every time they are rewritten, such as visitor IDs. Both applications eliminate the supply costs of reissuance.
• Dual-function card printing. The SP25 Plus card printer also offers full-color card printing, making it the only system available that comes standard with fullcolor/ monochrome and rewritable card printing. Dual functionality enables you to print photo IDs and other cards that use both technologies, such as a full-color student ID with a current class schedule on the rewritable side.
